CBD Streetscape Improvements
The City is currently moving forward with the next phase in the downtown streetscape program. This phase will include new water main and streetscape improvements to Spring Street from Division Street to Kimball Street and on Dexter Avenue from Douglas Avenue to Center Street. Design is expected to be completed and construction to begin in 2012.
